80% of every session goes directly to you. Payouts are processed automatically after each completed session via Stripe.

What technology do sessions use? +

All sessions use LiveKit — a professional-grade video platform built for real-time communication. No downloads required. Works directly in your browser on desktop or mobile.

What is the platform commission? +

Viva Unu takes 20% of each session. Providers keep 80%. Payments are processed via Stripe and paid out automatically.

Can I get a refund? +

Sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable. If a coach fails to show, you receive a full refund automatically.

Is this connected to the Viva Unu community? +

Yes. Your Viva Unu community account works here too. Your wallet balance is shared across both platforms.
